The following info is helpful:

- Are there any problems other than tuning?

- Has it been a long time since the piano was tuned?

- Do you need the tuning for a specific event or by a certain date?

- Your address, name and phone number

- Days of week, times of day that are best for appointments.

(Tunings typically take 1.5 - 2 hours, depending on the piano)

FYI: Enhanced safety protocols are always available upon request at no extra charge.

To prepare for your appointment…

- Clear the piano off

- Provide a light source near, but not on the piano, if possible, especially if the room is dark

- A quiet environment allows me to provide my best work since I tune by ear.

- There are over 90 reasons for keys not to work. Be prepared to show me which keys are causing

problems or have the piano player leave me a detailed note.
